" Take a break & just paint" focuses on stress relief through finger painting.
As an artist, I believe "Art is Meditational"
And, Finger Painting, is one such form of therapeutic art of relieving stress through creating art with the touch, feel, activating the senses of sight, at mental, emotional and also nurturing levels. With the flow of paints it also slightly works on acupressure points
+It allows one to express freely and creatively through Art.
And the best thing is it can be practiced by both children and adults.
