Imagine a day when you dont cast shadows. Such days do occur, infact twice a year in Hyderabad! This year on 9 May and 4 August 2018. We shall have a talk and short demonstration of what it means and what are the experiments that can be done on these special days. The Public Outreach and Education Committee of the Astronomical Soociety ofIndia, of which I am a member, has been doing countrywide campaigns on ZSD.
