Do you ever feel like a child in an adult’s body, longing for love, guidance, and care? Your inner child still needs nurturing, and healing this part of you can bring freedom, joy, and deeper relationships.
This session offers a gentle, transformative space to reconnect with your inner child through centering, writing, nurturing, and sharing exercises. Together, we move from past wounds toward self-love and wholeness.
Facilitator: Areefa Dadirri Dice
Areefa is the co-creator of Vision Rainbow and has 21 years of experience working with children and adults. She integrates various healing modalities, including The Journey, Reiki, Acupressure, and Past Life Regression.
